  34. A4Apps contains two applications for the Acorn A4 portable computer:

  36. ! enables you to change from an external monitor to the internal monitor
  37. if there is a power cut, so you can save your work.

  39. !Bat discharge the battery on an A4 portable.  The A4 uses Nickel Cadmium
  40. batteries which suffer from the so called memory effect.  Using this
  41. application to discharge the battery completely may prevent it.
